Export Job Failure - no authentication method set - trying with standard key file

Problem

When executing an export job in Datameer, the following warning is generated in the job log and the job ultimately fails to connect to an SSH connection:

WARN [2015-01-01 00:00:00.000] [Thread-73349] (JschUtil.java:71) - no authentication method set - trying with standard key file

Additionally, the following errors have been observed after the warning which might indicate this same issue:

ERROR [2015-01-01 00:00:00.001] [ConcurrentJobExecutor-0] (ClusterSession.java:186) - Failed to run cluster job 'Export job (123): ExportJob#export(Export record processor)' [0 sec]
java.lang.RuntimeException: awstasks.com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: Auth cancel
ERROR [2015-01-01 00:00:00.001] [ConcurrentJobExecutor-0] (ClusterSession.java:186) - Failed to run cluster job 'Export job (123): ExportJob#export(Export record processor)' [0 sec]
java.lang.RuntimeException: No private keyfile found in standard locations: [/home/datameer/.ssh/id_rsa, /home/datameer/.ssh/id_dsa]

This issue only occurs when the connection is configured to "Ask for credentials on import/export job creation".

Cause

This is known bug affecting Datameer 5.10.

Solution

This issue is resolved in Datameer 5.11 and later. Upgrade to resolve this issue.

To work around this issue, create a copy of the original connection and provide the credentials for the connection directly in the connection by selecting the Provide credentials option on the Connection Details page.
