Change chosen partitions in an existing workbook?

    Hi Steve,

Have you tried using the Add Data button and then re-selecting your data link?  This is how I would expect to be able to add additional data from other partitions even if you're using the same original source.

    Hi Alan,

    Thanks--

That approach seems to add the data in a new sheet tab.  I need to expand the data in the original tab, if possible.  Otherwise, I guess I could try to replace the original tab with the newly added tab and hope that it's not too much work to "fool" my other, dependent sheets to use the new tab...?  Was hoping for something a little more straight forward...

Actually, I think it's "Exchange Data" I want, not Add Data--trying it now.

    Steve,

I see, I'm pretty sure you can get the desired behavior using the Exchange Data button to the right of the Add Data button.

Otherwise you'll need to create a union sheet of the two sources, then change the sheet name in the formulas on your calculated sheet to match the new union sheet.
