Hi,

We use Datameer 5.6.5 with a Personal License, running on a mac mini.

Till end of last week we have major problems with running importjobs and workbooks. When we trigger an importjob, the job is queued, but doesn't run and we receive this error message:

WARN [2015-12-11 14:10:57.229] JobScheduler thread-1 - Cancelling queued job '801291' in status ABORTING
INFO [2015-12-11 14:10:57.232] JobScheduler thread-1 - Execution plan is null of DapJobExecution{id=801291, type=NORMAL, status=CANCELED}, status=CANCELED

When starting the importjob Datameer doesn't find the JSON object of the importjob.

It looks like that the database is not available. We've already replaced the "database" folder with a backup version, but it still doesn't work.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Simon

    Hello Simon,

In respect to the provided error message and the history of your installation, we've consulted with a developer. The most recent cause seems to be a corrupted database.

Recovery from the last know good backup or reverting back to the last good state is recommended.
