Why I'm getting java null pointer exception Unable to partition by an empty value

This exception commonly occurs when results from a Workbook are configured to be partitioned by a date column and there is one or more rows where the partitioned column is blank or has a null value. If the results are being partitioned, all records are expected to have a properly formatted non-empty date entry so that they can be properly partitioned.

If there is a requirement for this particular column to contain empty or null values, remove the partitioning configuration to allow for these types of values in the results.
